Samantha Fowler is a 32 year old self-taught artist, life-long crafter, and confirmed funny person from Taylors, South Carolina. When not creating, she's either working as an after school program director, or saving up for her inevitable carpal tunnel surgery. As an experienced educator with an extensive background in small business management and marketing, Samantha started Silly Lil Art Studio as a way to share her creativity and passion for arts and crafts with the Upstate.
